Health Notice

 

If at any time during the class, you feel discomfort or strain, gently come out of the posture. You may rest at any time during the class. It is important in yoga that you listen to your body, and respect its limits on any given day.
By joining the class you are accepting that yoga is not a substitute for medical attention. You should consult a doctor prior to beginning any activity program, including yoga. You recognise that it is your own responsibility to notify the teacher of any illness or injury before the yoga class. Please notify the teacher before booking if you are pregnant .
You accept that the instructor, whether teaching in person or online, is not liable for any injury, or damages, to person or property, resulting from the taking of the class.
You confirm that you are over 18 years of age.

 

Please let me know if there is anything going on with your body which may affect your yoga practice. This includes, any injuries or if you’re pregnant.
