If at any time during the class, you feel discomfort or strain, gently come out of the posture. You may rest at any time during the class. It is important in yoga that you listen to your body, and respect its limits on any given day.
I understand that yoga is not a substitute for medical attention. I should consult a doctor prior to beginning any activity program, including yoga. I recognise that it is my responsibility to notify my teacher of any illness or injury before the yoga class. I will inform the teacher if I am pregnant and at what stage. I will not perform any postures to the extent of strain or pain.
I accept that the instructor, whether teaching in person or online, is not liable for any injury, or damages, to person or property, resulting from the taking of the class.

You can edit your booking up to 1 hour before the class.
Please let me know if there is anything going on with your body which may affect your yoga practice (if you’re not sure, just let me know anyway). This includes, any injuries or if you’re pregnant.
